6、保证测量过程中红外热像仪平稳具体步骤如下：<br />
1)、调整焦距可以在红外图像存储后对图像曲线进行调整，但是无法在图像存储后改变焦距，也无法消除其他杂乱的热反射。保证第一时间操作正确性将避免现场的操作失误。仔细调整焦距！如果目标上方或周围背景的过热或过冷的反射影响到目标测量的精确性时，试着调整焦距或者测量方位，以减少或者消除反射影响。<br />
2)、选择正确的测温范围是否了解现场被测目标的测温范围？为了得到正确的温度读数，请务必设置正确的测温范围。当观察目标时，对仪器的温度跨度进行微调将得到最佳的图像质量。这也将同时会影响到温度曲线的质量和测温精度。<br />
3)、了解最大的测量距离当测量目标温度时，请务必了解能够得到精确测温读数的最大测量距离。对于非制冷微热量型焦平面探测器，要想准确地分辨目标，通过热像仪光学系统的目标图像必须占到9个像素，或者更多。如果仪器距离目标过远，目标将会很小，测温结果将无法正确反映目标物体的真实温度，因为红外热像仪此时测量的温度平均了目标物体以及周围环境的温度。为了得到最精确的测量读数，请将目标物体尽量充满仪器的视场。显示足够的景物，才能够分辨出目标。与目标的距离不要小于热像仪光学系统的最小焦距，否则不能聚焦成清晰的图像。<br />
4)、仅仅要求生成清晰<span class='wp_keywordlink_affiliate'><a href="http://www.faxytech.com/tag/%e7%ba%a2%e5%a4%96%e7%83%ad%e5%9b%be%e5%83%8f" title="查看 红外热图像 的全部文章" target="_blank">红外热图像</a></span>，还是同时要求精确测温这之间有什么区别吗？一条量化的温度曲线可用来测量现场的温度情况，也可以用来编辑显著的温升情况。清晰的红外图像同样十分重要。但是如果在工作过程中，需要进行温度测量，并要求对目标温度进行比较和趋势分析，便需要记录所有影响精确测温的目标和环境温度情况，例如发射率，环境温度，风速及风向，湿度，热反射源等等。<br />
5)、工作背景单一例如，天气寒冷的时候，在户外进行检测工作时，你将会发现大多数目标都是接近于环境温度的。当在户外工作时，请务必考虑太阳反射和吸收对图像和测温的影响。因此，有些老型号的红外热像仪只能在晚上进行测量工作，以避免太阳反射带来的影响。<br />
6)、保证测量过程中仪器平稳现在所有的红外热像仪都可以达到60Hz帧频速率，由于一些特定的管制措施，例如福禄克的热像仪目前在我国境内只能进口9Hz的帧频速率，所以通常情况下，在拍摄图像过程中，由于仪器移动可能会引起图像模糊。为了达到最好的效果，在冻结和记录图像的时候，应尽可能保证红外热像仪平稳。当按下存储按钮时，应尽量保证轻缓和平滑。即使轻微的仪器晃动，也可能会导致图像不清晰。推荐在胳膊下用支撑物来稳固，或将仪器放置在物体表面，或使用三脚架,尽量保持稳定。</p>

取Cat 6A/Class EA 永久链路适配器，装在主机上，辅机装上Cat 6A/Class EA 通道适配器。然后将永久链路适配器末端插在Cat 6A/Class EA 通道适配器上；打开辅机电源，辅机自检后，“PASS”灯亮后熄灭，显示辅机正常。“SPECIAL FUNCTIONS”档位，打开主机电源，显示主机、辅机软件、硬件和测试标准的版本（辅机信息只有当辅机开机并和主机连接时才显示），自测后显示操作界面，选择第一项“设置基准”后（如选错用“EXIT”退出重复），按“ENTER”键和“TEST”键开始自校准，显示“设置基准已完成”说明自校准成功完成。</p>

<p><strong>二、<a href="http://www.faxytech.com">DTX-1800</a>设置参数</strong></p>
<p><strong>操作：</strong>将旋钮转至“SET UP”档位，使用“↑↓”来选择第三条“仪器值设置”，按“ENTER”进入参数设置，可以按“←→”翻页，用“↑↓”选择你所需设置的参数，按ENTER进入参数修改，用“↑↓”选择你所需采用的参数设置，选好后按ENTER选定并完成参数设置。</p>

<p><strong>线缆类型：</strong> 按ENTER进入后按↑↓选择你要测试的线缆类型 例如我要测试超5类的双绞线 在按ENTER进入后 选择UTP 按ENTER ↑↓选择 “Cat 5e UTP ” 按ENTER 返回。</p>
<p><strong>测试极限值：</strong>按ENTER进入后按↑↓选择与你要测试的线缆类型相匹配的标准 按F1选择更多 进入后一般选择TIA里面的标准 例如：我是测试超5类的双绞线，按ENTER 进入后 看看在上次使用里面有没“TIA Cat 5e channel？” 如果没有，按F1进入更多， 选择TIA 按ENTER进入，选择 “TIA Cat 5e channel ”按ENTER 确认返回。</p>
<p><strong>NVP</strong><strong>：</strong>不用修改 使用默认</p>
<p><strong>插座配置：</strong>按ENTER进入 一般使用的RJ45的水晶头是使用的“568B”的标准。其他可以根据具体情况而定。可以按↑↓选择要测试的打线标准。</p>
<p><strong>地点</strong><strong> Client Name </strong><strong>：</strong>是你所测试的地点 一般情况下是每换一个测试场所就要根据实际情况进行修改，具体方法请看上面的第一大点的第6小点</p>

<p>测试后，回自动进入结果。使用“ENTER按键查看参数明细，用“F2”键 “上一页”，用“F3”翻页，按EXIT后 按F3查看内存数据存贮情况；测试后，通过“FAIL”的情况，如需检查故障，选择X的查看具体情况。</p>

<p><strong>五、<a href="http://www.faxytech.com/archives/dtx1800.html">FLUKE DTX-1800</a>保存测试结果：</strong></p>
<p>⒈ 刚才的测试结果选择“SAVE”按键存贮，使用“←→↑↓”键或←→移动光标（F1和F2号按键），（减少，F3号按键）来选择你想使用的名字，比如“FAXY001”按“SAVE”，来存贮。</p>
<p>⒉ 更换特测产品后重新按“TEST”开始测试新数据，再次按“SAVE”存贮数据时，机器自动取名为上个数据加1，即“FAXY002”，如同意再按再存贮。一直重复以上操作，直至测试完所需测试产品或内存空间不够，需下载数据后再重新开始以上步骤。</p>
