<p>我们都知道福禄克<span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.faxytech.com/archives/dsx-5000.html" title="福禄克FLuke DSX-5000">DSX-5000</a></span>的跳线<span class='wp_keywordlink_affiliate'><a href="http://www.faxytech.com/tag/%e9%80%82%e9%85%8d%e5%99%a8" title="查看 适配器 的全部文章" target="_blank">适配器</a></span>是非常昂贵的，同理福禄克<span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.faxytech.com/archives/dtx-1800.html" title="福禄克DTX 1800">DTX1800</a></span>也是一样的情况，为什么会有这种情况呢?小小的连接头需要这么贵吗？来我们以前来看看这篇文章。-来自《布线系统测试中遇到的三大疑问》</p>
<p>有些厂商推出了无适配器的<span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.faxytech.com" title="综合布线">综合布线</a></span>系统测试方案，原理是参照光纤综合布线系统测试方法中设置参考值的做法。从理论上而言，的确有其独到之处。</p>
<p>但如果我们从实际情况来考察的话，就会发现问题了。如果去看这些厂商的仪器说明书，他们会要求你使用好的跳线来进行参考值的设置。那么什么是好的跳线呢？是按照ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1和 IEC61935-2 for Patch Cord Testing.标准测试过的呢，还是你自己认为是好的跳线呢？而他们的销售人员又在现场演示，使用受过损坏的跳线并不影响最终综合布线系统测试的有效性。真的如此吗？</p>
<p>首先，什么叫好的跳线？你去购买跳线，不管供应商是谁，生产商是谁，他们都会告诉你他们的跳线是好的，然而事实是ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-A-4 超五类跳线标准是经过无数次修改、现场认证后才正式定案的，因为跳线的性能偏差非常大，不同厂商，不同批次生产的跳线在电气性能上都有很大的差别，只有经过认证测试通过的跳线才能认为是“好”的跳线。而且无适配器综合布线系统测试方案在做参考设置时，只使用一根跳线，正式综合布线系统测试时需要两根跳线。那么第二根跳线的性能对整个测试结果造成的影响，怎么来认证，怎么来保证呢？你会发现在现场演示的时候，厂商会针对第一根做过参考设置的跳线，而忽略第二根未被做参考设置的跳线。这根被隐形的跳线，就是一个漏洞。做仪器演示的时候，环境会比正式综合布线系统测试的环境简单，技术人员也喜欢用质量较好的链路，保证两次综合布线系统测试都是通过的结果。这样被测试者，测试者和旁观者都皆大欢喜。但现场的情况往往更复杂，许多链路并没有很大的余量来抵消不良跳线造成的影响。如果由于这根被隐形的跳线造成测试结果不通过，应该由谁来买单呢？</p>

<p>出了问题就会造成图中的推诿拉扯问题。当然是我们都不希望的。</p>
<p>再简单举一个参数为例：特性<span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.faxytech.com/archives/impedance-fluke.html" title="阻抗">阻抗</a></span>。跳线允许的<span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.faxytech.com/archives/impedance-fluke.html" title="特性阻抗">特性阻抗</a></span>偏差在5%以内，而链路允许的特性阻抗偏差在15%以内。假设跳线的特性阻抗为95欧姆，链路的特性阻抗为115欧姆，两者本身都在标准允许的偏差范围内，但两者互相之间的阻抗偏差为20欧姆了，偏差达到20%，这样造成的信号反射，能使测试结果理想吗？由于跳线与链路之间特性阻抗不匹配造成的综合布线系统测试不通过，应该由谁来买单呢？</p>
<p>另外，如果使用特殊的适配器，那么连接入链路的只有一个RJ45连接，如果使用无适配器综合布线系统测试方案，链路中就会多一个额外的RJ45连接。众所周知，RJ45连接对于电缆的结构是起到破坏作用的，RJ45水晶头的性能尤其不稳定，由于6类要求更加严格，市场上基本上买不到可以用于用户自行制造跳线的水晶头。如果使用无适配器测试方案，那么在两个水晶头之间由于<span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href=" http://www.faxytech.com/archives/next.html " title="NEXT">NEXT</a></span>, RL,FEXT等干扰信号反复叠加造成的影响，该如果对待呢？这可不是一个简单的设置参考就能解决的问题。跳线水晶头和仪器接口之间的耦合与正式要综合布线系统测试的链路模块之间的耦合，可以是完全不同的。这样综合布线系统测试，如果不通过，该由谁来买单呢？</p>
<p>听上去又简单又便宜的解决方案，在现实世界可就没有看上去那么美了。使用性能完全不能确定的跳线，对综合布线系统测试现场的情况完全无法认证的测试方案，在现在业主对项目质量越来越关注的情况下，简直犹如盲人瞎马，夜临深池，是非常危险的。</p>

<p>上图为福禄克专业的跳线适配器，看着是没什么特别的，但是它使用的插座确实全球最好的，加上自己线路板的设计等等，无疑使它成为了最好的适配器。</p>

<p>所以为什么它这么昂贵也就存在着道理了。</p>
